1. Who is responsible

Pilsa Inc., a company incorporated in Delaware, USA, headquartered in Murrieta, California, is responsible for processing the data it collects through pilsa.io. Contact: sales@pilsa.io.

2. What data we collect

What you give us in the forms: name, job title, institutional email, WhatsApp number, institution, country, institution type and size of the group to be trained. If you download the report, we only ask for your email.

In client programs, we collect only what is needed to deliver the path and measure progress: name, contact number, assessment answers and progress.

In addition, the site may record basic technical browsing data, such as device type and pages visited.

3. What we use it for

To respond to your requests, schedule conversations, send you the document you asked for, run training programs, measure and report results to the institution that contracts them, and improve the site.

4. WhatsApp

Program messages are sent from a Pilsa business account. The use of WhatsApp is also subject to the terms and privacy policy of that platform.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the client institution of the program you take part in and with providers that help us operate the service, such as hosting, email, scheduling and messaging, under the commitment to use it only for that purpose.

6. Retention and deletion

We keep the data for as long as needed for the stated purpose. When a program ends we deliver the reports and, if the institution or the participant asks, we delete the personal data.

7. Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its use, by writing to sales@pilsa.io. We will reply as soon as possible.

8. Security

We use cloud infrastructure with controlled access and limit who can see the data: the people the institution authorizes and the Pilsa team assigned to the program.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is the one published on this page, with its update date.
