1. Who we are

This site, pilsa.io, is operated by Pilsa Inc., a company incorporated in Delaware, USA (hereinafter, "Pilsa"). By using the site you accept these terms.

2. Use of the site

The site is for informational and contact purposes. You agree to use it lawfully and not to attempt unauthorized access to its systems, interfere with its operation or use it to send misleading or harmful content.

3. Services

Pilsa's services are contracted through a separate proposal or agreement, which defines the scope, timelines, prices and responsibilities of each party. If anything in these terms differs from that agreement, the agreement prevails.

4. Intellectual property

The site's content, trademarks, the ADAV methodology, the ADAV Index and downloadable documents belong to Pilsa or its licensors. You may use them for internal reference, but you may not copy, modify or redistribute them for commercial purposes without written authorization.

Materials provided by client institutions and companies remain their property.

5. Forms and downloads

The information you submit through the forms must be truthful. We will use it to respond to your request, send you the document you asked for or schedule the conversation, as explained in the privacy policy.

6. Third party links and services

The site may link to third party services, such as WhatsApp, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram or the scheduling calendar. Pilsa does not control those services and is not responsible for their content or policies.

7. Illustrative data and results

Charts and dashboards marked as sample data are illustrative. The results of each program depend on its design, on participation and on the context of each institution, and are agreed in writing in each case.

8. Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Pilsa is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the site or the inability to use it.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is the one published on this page, with its update date.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, unless an agreement signed with Pilsa provides otherwise.
